Dr. Mohammed Al-Hadad is a leading Consultant Bariatric and General Surgeon, internationally recognized for his expertise in weight loss surgery, metabolic surgery, and advanced laparoscopic procedures.
A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, Dr. Al-Hadad also holds a PhD in Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics. With extensive experience in gastric sleeve, gastric bypass, revision surgery, and gastric balloon procedures, Dr. Al-Hadad has trained surgeons worldwide, directing over 250 courses in bariatrics, laparoscopy, and trauma surgery. His research is widely published in peer-reviewed journals, and he serves as Associate Editor of Obesity Surgery.
He is an Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor of Surgery at Khalifa University, and an active leader in global bariatric associations, currently serving as President of the Pan Arab Society for Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery (PASMBS) and on the Executive Board of IFSO.
